Before Use
l Assemble the accessories properly.
l Clean the wheels, tank, and other accessories before bring it to cleanroom.
l Connect electrical power and run the vacuum cleaner for several minutes before enter the cleanroom.
Maintenance
l Paper Filter: Replace as needed.
l Polyester Filter: Clean once a week and re-use, replace as needed.
l HEPA/ULPA Filter: Recommended to replace at least once a year.
l Impact + HEPA Filter: Recommended to replace at least once a year.
Warning
l Do not use in the flammable or explosive condition or place.
l Use good condition electrical outlet.
l Do not use extension line more than 10m. It may cause over load.
l Do not use in wet area.
l Allow about 5 minutes break time to cool down after 30 minutes run time.
l Use only in the cleanroom.
l Our industrial grade cleanroom vacuum cleaners are specially designed for use in cleanroom. Using these vacuum cleaners in the normal daily life condition will cause damage on the unit and malfunctioning.
Caution
l Keep it in safe area after use.
l Keep HEPA/ULPA filter out of impact.
l Failure of filter maintenance will drop the overall performance.
l Put the filter on right position when replace it.
